About the Company A fast-growing garment manufacturing company specializing in large-scale production of uniforms, corporate wear, and fashion apparel for private organizations and export. The business is scaling operations and requires a practical, hands-on Fashion Designer/Senior Seamstress with creative capability and strong production discipline.
Role Overview The role focuses on translating concepts into production-ready garments. The ideal candidate must combine creativity with technical execution—ensuring styles are well-constructed, replicable in bulk, and meet quality standards.
Work closely with machinists and production supervisors to achieve output targets
Accreditation: GTEC institutional accreditation. Professional body recognition where applicable to the school.

Entry requirements

| Standard entry | WASSCE/SSSCE: credit passes in six subjects — three core (English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science or Social Studies) plus three relevant electives — with an aggregate of 24 or better (WASSCE grades A1–C6 / SSSCE A–D). GCE: credit passes in five O-Level subjects (including English and Mathematics) and passes in two–three A-Level subjects. Mature applicants (25+): entrance examination and/or interview. |
