University Chaplaincy

Faith at the heart of Central.

Central University was founded on Christian conviction — Faith, Integrity, Excellence. The Chaplaincy leads the spiritual formation of the whole campus: worship, discipleship, mentorship and service to the community beyond our gates.

“Raising leaders to serve God and humanity.”

How We Serve

Three units, one calling.

Chapel & Auxiliary Services

Weekly chapel services and the worship life of the University — the rhythm that gathers students, faculty and staff from every school around one faith.

Discipleship & Mentorship

Small groups, one-to-one mentoring and leadership formation — pairing students with mentors who invest in their character as much as their careers.

Missions & Community Service

Outreach, missions and service projects that carry the University's values into surrounding communities — from health education to donations and volunteering.

Spiritual Formation

A rhythm, not a requirement.

Worship togetherChapel services bring the whole campus community together in praise, teaching and prayer.
Grow togetherDiscipleship groups and fellowships — including school-based fellowships like the Nurses Christian Fellowship — meet through the week.
Serve togetherMission trips and community projects turn faith into practice, on campus and beyond.

Students of all backgrounds are welcome at Central. Chapel life is central to our identity, and our doors are open to every student seeking community.

Faith in Action

Service, lived out.
