Before You Apply

You need an e-voucher with a PIN.

Every application starts with an e-voucher. Buy via USSD or the online merchant, then use the PIN on the Transflow form for your category. Vouchers are also sold at participating bank branches.

  1. Dial *887*9# on your phone
  2. Select Central University (CU)
  3. Choose the form for your programme
  4. Approve the payment prompt
  5. Enter your PIN to confirm
  6. No prompt? Dial *170# → My Approvals
  7. SMS confirmation arrives with voucher details
  8. Retrieve any time: *887*9# → history

Buy online

  1. Open the official e-voucher merchant
  2. Select the Central University form type
  3. Pay by Mobile Money or VISA-branded card
  4. Serial number and PIN arrive by SMS and email

Application Guidelines

The form, step by step.

Once your e-voucher PIN unlocks the Transflow form, you walk through four stages. Read this once before you start.

Get these ready before you begin

  • Passport photograph — file no more than 2 MB
  • Educational certificates, result slips and/or transcripts
  • CV if you list work experience
  • Passport bio-data page (foreign applicants)
  • Supporting uploads on Form 3: each file under 500 KB

Personal information

  • Complete every required field
  • Upload your passport photo (max 2 MB) then use Save and continue
  • You can return later with your PIN and Progress ID

Examinations & background

  • WAEC or non-WAEC results, education history, work experience, contact person

Hard limit: each file must not exceed 500 KB.

  • Submit only when every section is complete
  • After submission you can view or print — not edit
  • Use Preview at the bottom to print
One shot: once submitted, that voucher cannot be used to re-apply online.

Paying for a voucher by card or Mobile Money

On the e-voucher merchant or form login, choose Mobile Money or VISA:

VISA

  1. Enter the SMS verification code when prompted
  2. Card number, expiry and CVV
  3. Serial number and PIN arrive by SMS and email

Mobile Money

  1. Approve the bill prompt on your phone
  2. Enter your MoMo PIN
  3. Serial number and PIN arrive by SMS and email

You must be a registered Mobile Money subscriber with sufficient balance.

Where do I buy an e-voucher?

Can I edit my application after submitting?

No. After submission the form is processed for admission and cannot be edited online — only viewed or printed. Before submit you can return with your PIN and Progress ID.

D7 in English or Mathematics — can I still apply?

D7 does not qualify you for a degree programme directly. Central’s ATHE Diploma pathway can help you continue and progress later. Try the free eligibility checker first.

Use the native admission status checker — search by Degree or Diploma/ATHE and your full name.
