Professor Dartey-Baah is globally recognised for the Transfor-sactional Leadership Theory — a framework that integrates transformational and transactional leadership for complex organisational settings. He holds doctorates in Leadership, Human Resource Development, and Business Management, with engineering qualifications from Imperial College London and KNUST. He has authored 70+ publications and chaired national engineering and public-service committees.
